The whole process comes from a simple drawing, after gathering information from the homeowner
From the drawing a basic model is made, roughly to scale, as long as the necessary measurements are available. Building footprint, ground, project space with simple colors
Windows and doors are added, along with simple roof shape
When premium modeling is requested, specific project colors are added. Deck coloring and railing should roughly match what customer is looking for
Premium rendering also includes photo realism to give customer/homeowners a "see before you buy" visualization.
Finally, a touch of personal decorating, unless specific items are requested. Our team will turn the space into a functional piece of the home, and give the homeowner some ideas for decorating.
